How do I become a LiveWork Provider?
Registered LiveWork members have the option to apply for projects as a Provider or an Expert. To find work as a Provider, search for "Provider Only" listings in the Projects section on LiveWork. Highlighting related work experience in the Overview section of your LiveWork profile may increase your chances of being hired as a Provider on LiveWork.

The first and best step toward getting hired is to stand out with a complete and professional LiveWork profile. A well-written summary can help boost your chances for getting hired on LiveWork. Highlighting related work experience in the Overview and Skills sections of your LiveWork profile may increase your chances of being hired on LiveWork. Maintaining a good overall feedback score make you a more sought after Provider or Expert on LiveWork
How do I hire a team of Experts for a Project?
After publishing your project, you can select and hire a Experts from the pool of applicants who have applied. Review and accept Expert applicants by selecting the “Applicants” tab located in your project details area. You can also search LiveWork for available and qualified Experts by selecting the “Workforces” tab. You can contact, hire or invite Experts to your project from the Expert’s profile page.
How do I manage my clients project once I've been accepted?
As a provider once you've been accepted onto a project, you'll become the project owner for a "sub-project". The sub-project is how you will manage the work, workforce and overall project for your client. A "sub-project" will be available in the My Office "My Posted Projects" panel and will require editing (if applicable) and the "Publishing" of the project. To publish a "sub-project" click the
"Publish" link next to the project in My Office - The project is now posted publicly and available to new applicants. For more details on configuring a project or setting the routing rules, see the client project posting FAQ.
How do I edit the schedule for a scheduled project?
In order to edit a schedule for a scheduled project (as defined during the work routing rules), go the "My Office" screen in the "My Projects" panel for your project and click the "scheduler" link. This opens the project schedule, from which you can view the overall schedule and all the available and taken time-slots. To edit the schedule, click the "Edit" link on the top for the given day you'd like to edit. Modify the schedule as needed and save the changes.
Tips for hiring Experts to create a successful team?
* Review Expert profiles for work experience, self-declared skills and certifications that are applicable to the services your project requires.
* Select Experts with a good feedback score
* Contact and interview each Expert online or over the phone to further assess their qualifications
* Treat applicants with courtesy – communicate with each applicant and provide notification if they will be hired or not
* Build a network of LiveWork members who you would like to hire or work with in the future

* Establish and maintain good communication with the Client who has hired you to provide services
* Prior to the start date, review all available project related documentation – ask questions if something is unclear
* Frequently confirm the status of work completed on the project
* Communicate frequently with the project team to encourage and keep the work flow on track
* Notify the Client as soon as possible if an issue occurs or a deadline may be missed

How do I remove a Team member from a project?
To remove a Team member from a project:
1. Sign-In to LiveWork
2. Select the "My Office" tab
3. Select the desired project listed in the "My Posted Projects" section
4. On the Project Details page Select the "Team" tab
5. Click the "Remove" link associated with the Team member
* Please send a courtesy message to the Team member upon removal.
Can I perform work as Provider and as an Expert on LiveWork?

How do I get paid when my work on a Project is complete?
Payment for services provided on LiveWork is remitted via PayPal.
Upon Client acceptance of a completed task , the LiveWork system will automatically generate an invoice that will appear in the Outstanding Payments module of the Payments section in your LiveWork Account. No action to submit the invoice is required. This invoice will also appear in the Client's account Pending Payment section for payment.
When an invoice is paid, you will receive an email notification and the paid invoice will be listed in the Payments Received module in the Payments section of your LiveWork Account.
If you have questions regarding the payment of an invoice, please contact the Client directly for information.
Why should I leave Feedback for LiveWork members?
Leaving Feedback provides information vital for the success of everyone participating on the LiveWork platform. Feedback scores help Clients determine which Providers and Experts are a good fit for projects. Providers and Experts benefit by knowing a Client’s feedback score prior to applying for a project. Feedback scores distinguish applicants who provide quality services.
I've been solicited by a LiveWork member to perform work outside the LiveWork platform, what should I do?
If you are solicited via message, email, or chat by a LiveWork member to provide services outside the LiveWork platform, please report the issue to the LiveWork Product Team. Work provided outside the LiveWork platform is not eligible for LiveWork services such as feedback or payment processing.
