How is Feedback calculated?
The overall feedback score is calculated from a weighting various feedback components collected in the LiveWork system. These components include; example work quality, expertise, availability & reliability. Feedback should be submitted on a weekly basis by a client for each hired Provider, by the Provider for each client for which services have been provided and by the Provider for each hired Expert.

When is Feedback provided?
The project owner is currently prompted to provide feedback on 2 ocassions. 1. After approving tasks as they are completed (for a manual-approval project), they are prompted to leave feedback for each of the completed tasks. 2. After payment is completed, they are prompted to leave feedback for the invoiced set of tasks. Leaving feedback is up to the discretion of the project owner, but we heavily encourage the use of our feedback system to improve the rankings of our workforce.

Why should I leave Feedback for LiveWork members?
Leaving Feedback provides information vital for the success of everyone participating on the LiveWork platform. Feedback scores help Clients determine which Provider and Experts are a good fit for projects. Feedback scores distinguish applicants who provide quality services.
